Chef

Hey there, I'm Elle – a culinary enthusiast, pastry aficionado, and the creative force behind Elle's Last Course. Allow me to take you on a delightful journey through my culinary story.

A Bit About Me

Imagine growing up in a household where the aroma of delicious Italian dishes filled the air. That was my reality, being half Italian and half Palestinian. Holidays were particularly magical, with my aunt crafting an abundance of mouthwatering Italian cookies. It was during these moments that my passion for pastries ignited and set the stage for my culinary adventure.

Diving headfirst into my culinary journey, I dedicated four years of high school to honing my skills. The experience fueled my determination to pursue my dreams further. Fast forward to my graduation from Johnson and Wales with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts – a pivotal step that laid the foundation for my career.

The Journey Of Elle's Last Course

With 12 years of industry experience under my apron, I've worn the hat of an executive pastry chef in various settings – from charming mom-and-pop shops to the sophistication of fine dining restaurants and prestigious 5-star hotels. My culinary journey also led me to the role of Sous Chef at Eastern Connecticut State University, where I continued to refine my craft.

In 2020, I took the plunge and founded Elle's Last Course, a haven for custom cakes and pastries. What started as a sweet dream soon blossomed into a full-service catering venture in 2021. Now, I'm not only crafting delectable pastries but also curating unforgettable culinary experiences for your events.

Expanding my offerings, I've transformed Elle's Last Course into a one-stop destination for culinary excellence. Whether you're seeking custom cakes, pastries, full catering services, or the luxury of a private chef – I've got you covered.

Let's create culinary magic together!
